GROUP PILATES CLASSES
504 FIT offers fun and energizing Pilates classes using V2Max Reformers/Cadillacs, Stability Chairs, & a variety of light stability equipment. New to Pilates in general? Rest easy, our “Intro to Pilates” and All Levels Group Equipment classes start you out with the basics and work you up to Intermediate level classes in under 2 months. Discover a new strength of body and mind.
New TRX and BOOTCAMP Classes
Rise and shine with Bootcamp at 6am on Thursdays, where we’ll kick-butt with bad-ass circuits and TRX straps. Continue the burn with TRX classes 6 days a week! Your inner athlete will thank you! Bootcamp is for all levels of fitness; TRX requires a modicum level of fitness, so be sure you can plank, squat, and lunge safely. All Bootcamp and TRX classes are 45 min.
